-she saw her great grandmother in hell... which means... she did not repent..
she was there because she failed to forgive...
but it stated there:

To dumben it up… it means that, it is necessary for the person A to forgive person B otherwise person B MIGHT go to hell..?
I don’t remember the Bible saying that our forgiveness is dependent on the human we have done wrong to… either meron nksulat or what dlsu prof says that the Bible is not complete would be valid in this argument ^_^

Firstly, I want to clear up that the "experience" might not be actually true because man cannot fully comprehend the supernatural or the absolute. In a scientific view, it can be interpreted as imagination or product of.. whatever medium that she used, like dreams. So yeah, we cannot really assure that it's true.
But speaking as a Christian and believer of God, I can, at least, open my mind (and heart) to this testimony as a warning and something good since God allowed it to happen. But her seeing God, that is BOGUS. She should be dead by now, if she actually see God's form. (Hindi nga nagpakita ng divine form si God kay John dahil daw he could die, siya pa kaya?)
About the heaven and hell... Well, I'm not sure, but I entirely believe on the existence of life after death. I'm sure there's hell, it's described in the Bible plenty of times more than the Bible described heaven.
I heard there were guys who tried to dig 200 km from the surface of the Earth. Of course it was scorching hot, but they discovered something else... There were screams, loud screams that sounded like people burning, suffering, gnashing of teeth. Did you know there's a verse describing that in the Bible?

From then on, I decided to NOT to overpopulate Hell. The other choice is WAY much better (and cooler!)
So anyway, Heaven is actually a paradise as said in the Bible. No suffering, No pain. It's a place of happiness. I don't think there is actually "boredom" there. I mean, boredom must be an earthly and physical feeling right?
In conclusion, not all people make smart choices. The way to heaven is not a labyrinth. Whether the article/testimony is true or false, Jesus is the only way! Believe in Him, and accept him as your Savior. So if you think heaven is boring and dull, at least be considerate enough not to overpopulate Hell and not to scare living people out of their daylights, right?
