Holy Week 2012 in Davao
We went to Davao and stayed in Camp Holiday Resort
Barge~
Food was served within more than an hour (it takes more time to prepare it than devouring it)
We went to Paradise Hotel, It was very hot and I got bored so I made sand turtle that does not look very good
The resort has Silver Pheasant (Lophura Nycthemera) ; It looks like chicken with velvet mask
and a Lady Amherst Pheasant(Chrysolophus Pictus Amherstiae); Google has better pictures of her
They also have peacocks, the male was hopelessly courting the female
This is full boring video (if anyone wants to watch it, but I wouldn't recommend it) that I took (I must be really bored) on how the peacock got ignored/rejected by the peahen
And then we went to the market and I saw porcupine fish

The Next day, we went to Eden Garden
There were four chained eagles for attraction.
One
Two
Three
Four
It costs 50php per head to take a picture like this:
(the person in charge would put the bird on his hand then hide behind the customer and then shake his hand a bit so that bird will almost fall off-balance and spread his wings)
but everyone only wants to have their picture taken with the first bird
Then I saw Baboy Damo,
a loose eagle,
and a worm.
Monkeys~~ ^__^
This is an Estuarine crocodile, I placed my hand inside the cage to take the picture so that no bars can be seen...
I worried about if there's another crocodile below my hand after taking the picture
Pose in front of Souvenir Shop
I was wearing my mom's dress because it was easiest to wear
Look,
Camera-man angles the camera based on my head
and then it rained
*takes picture of the rainforest*
Before leaving, the taxi driver recommended for us to take a picture with the large pet constrictor under the care of a store-owner.
Parents did not want to hold the snake..
and apparently neither could my mother or the other guy could hold the right(at that time... there were a lot more blurry and headless pictures of me with the snake)
Then we went to Crocodile farm (and arrived there by night time)
This is Lolong
and then we ate crocodile

The next day, we went to Pearl farm,
I was expecting an actual pearl farm It turned out to be just a resort without a pearl farm..
What am I doing here =__=
and then I got bored..
But got un-bored again when I saw there were eggs with chocolate hidden all over the place!!
I was egg-hunting happily, until a random mom heared me telling my dad about the chocolates (I was speaking in Chinese!! "Chocolate" why do you have to be pronounced "Chow-ke-li" in Chinese!!! She heard me!!! << ang ingay kasi!) So the random mom grabbed her little daughter and egg hunted.
Nahiya na tumulung sakin mag egg-hunt dad ko
I took pictures of corals and a pair of crab before going back home
