How to make Siren(Grand Chase) Boot Covers

1. Make the pattern
2. Draw the pattern in pilon(I still don't know what that is called in English)
3. Cut out that pilon-pattern, then iron it on desired cloth to use
4. there~ then I added parts of the details; also painted the lower portion of the shoes white for accuracy purposes
5. do those same steps(make pattern, iron in pilon... then do this
6. Install magic tape on the back, for securing purposes (ignore the yellow thumb, it's been painting xD)
7. add final details
